As the brand representative for a variety of sports teams and venues, Connect DFW is responsible for making an impactful connection with consumers. As company president Rachel explained, their methods are effective even when a sports team is in a slump. "When a team is struggling, their ticket sales automatically go down," Rachel said. "We are able to circumvent this by attaching our promotions to a sharp, intelligent brand ambassador who promotes everything the ballpark has to offer."
The sporting industry continues to prosper each year, with projected growth of $145.3 billion between 2010 and 2015. Still, one of Connect DFW's biggest goals is to draw new fans to the games, particularly people who would not have attended a sporting event otherwise.
